Ralph Treccia has been engaged full time in organizing and operating WCB and the Bank since the inception of the idea to form the bank in November 1998. While also serving as Senior Lender, he had guided the Bank and WCB and has succeeded in building a well respected institution with an excellent base of relationships. Prior to that time, he served as senior vice president managing the commercial lenders of the commercial real estate lending division at LaSalle Bank FSB, Chicago, Illinois from April 1996 to October 1998. Prior to working at LaSalle Bank FSB, Mr. Treccia was senior vice president and managed the lending department for Suburban Bank, Elmhurst, Illinois from October 1995 to March 1996. From June 1986 to October 1995, Mr. Treccia was Vice President and manager of one of the commercial lending divisions of Old Kent State Bank (formerly Elmhurst National Bank). During that time he served on the financial committee of the Elmhurst Economic Development Counsel and was on a fundraising committee for Elmhurst College. Mr. Treccia received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Illinois in 1977.
Peggy A. Crosby, Senior Vice President
Peggy A. Crosby started her banking career in 1979 with Cragin Federal Savings & Loan, located downtown in Wheaton, Illinois. LaSalle Bank later bought Cragin Federal, where she stayed and worked as an Account Representative until she joined Winfield Community Bank in May of 2001. At present, Ms. Crosby is Senior Vice President in charge of Deposit Operations.

Rockney J. Howard, Senior Vice President
Rockney Howard joined WCB in July 2011 as Senior Lender. Prior to joining WCB he managed the Business Development and Problem Asset Divisions for American Enterprise Bank, Buffalo Grove, IL, for Five years. Prior to that, Mr. Howard opened three community commercial banking branches in the greater DuPage area. Mr. Howard brings 26 years in commercial banking experience and has managed commercial business development the aforementioned branches as well as Citibank and Old Kent Bank. Mr. Howard has served as a board member of DuPage County Children’s Center, Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Wheaton Association. Additionally, he served as a Commissioned Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Bank and is degree in accounting.
